Tim Fears for County Council

Tim Fears is a lifelong resident of Vigo County and a proud graduate of Terre Haute South. Tim is an attorney with more than 36 years of experience, and he has spent much of his career working in municipal law, real estate development, and economic development. He is a former partner at Wright, Shagley and Lowery and currently serve as in-house counsel for Thompson Thrift Development, Inc., a nationally recognized real estate company.

 

Tim is running for Vigo County Council to put his legal, business, and municipal experience to work for Vigo County. He believes in fiscal responsibility, fact-based decision-making, responsible economic development, strong schools, and cooperation among local government, businesses, and community organizations.

 

Tim's goal is to help Vigo County continue to grow—creating good jobs, strengthening the local economy, and making Vigo County a community where families and businesses want to stay, invest, and grow.
